I have started writing again. At the moment I am breathing life back into the old blog I have been loyal to for over 10 years. It has grown and changed with me as it is a general reflection of my mind over these years. This blog has mostly been for information for the personal training side of the business. I am however going to try to cover all the other blogs and funnel them into this one to save having many blogs scattered over the net. I just have to try to work out how to label or catagorise them so that my beloved readers can find the things they want to read.
I am experimenting with adding more of a revelation of myself, Seb Maw. My life has been one of great interest to many people over the years. As far back as 20 years ago I had people telling me I should write my life story as they found it quite interesting. We all have interesting lives, I guess my life has been blessed with more unusual events due to my curiosity and willingness to take risk.
Anyone from my facebook page who is reading this should know that my name is not Prayanak Yoga. I was originally Seb Maw, then facebook shut down my account one day saying I was not Seb Maw because 'the real' Seb Maw complained I was fake! A long drawn out process between myself and the ridiculous team at facebook left me with the only way they would re-instate my account was through me uploading my passport and a government or utility form with my full address on it (This was a long time ago now). Obviously I refused and the absurdity of the case was that my business name Prayanak Yoga was allowed to stay live. I then just sent out requests from my business name, it has taken a while but most people worked out it was me. Prayanak Yoga was one side of the original business Kaizen Fitness I formed back just before 2001. Confused? Yeah. Well, when my autobiography comes out hopefully it will make sense.
Recently I tried signing up with my real name, Seb Maw again and found it worked, although I am now faced with the problem of sending friends requests to all my contacts and looking like a spammer and being blocked again...oh the joys of the modern computing world. This means that I am unfortunately still not in contact with a lot of my old friends and some family members because of this confusing matter.
Ok, now on to the matter of why I have been on radio silence so long. It has mostly been because of the difficulties I have been facing in Thailand for one reason or another (more about this later). It's like the old chestnut that all writers have. If only they had the time. Well, as of next month (actually giving myself until October to get over the stress of the last 3 years), I shall hopefully be trying to gain some foot hold in the online world and doing things the write(ha!) way.
My next update I will go on about some of my adventures in Thailand and hopefully give you all more info on the books I have in process. I only have the draft for two although I want to get three drafted and ready for my own editing 'by Christmas' (there was a programme on channel 4 where people would do self-builds and it always amused me how this was used as a benchmark, so for fun I am following suit).
