Hi, as promised, a clip of Joseph Pilates in action teaching the reformer to a novice.
It is quite long and you may have to provide your own music, so you can maybe have a cup of tea while watching it. Another suitable title for it might be : Get Your Head Down! , as I'm sure you will appreciate from the clip.
