What's your favourite excuse to not train? We all have something; the weather, just eaten, too tired (some get surprisingly tired from sitting down all day), or the classic 'no time'. Well, there is no apparently a new excuse doing the rounds. Trying to preserve your hair-do.
In the USA, Surgeon General Regina Benjamin says, a hairdo may deter exercise. We are definitely getting more creative all the time to NOT do the things that we know are good for us, so how about finding some excuses to DO the exercise.
Things like you would like to fit into that amasing dress/suit you wore at last years party (whether you wear it or not is another matter), or how you would love to be more fit to play with your kids, or the added benefits of not feeling so tired/having a healthier body/looking more attractive in general.
It's you choice how to live life, why not make it one which supports your life. You can do your hair after the workout and spend some extra quality time on yourself.
