Another great celebrity endorsement for your favourite form of exercise...

Jennifer Aniston is the latest Hollywood star to admit how uplifting she finds yoga. In an interview she said "I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it. If I'm not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes. I try to do some form of exercise, even if it's just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping."

The 42 year old who is currently in the top 10 richest women in entertainment almost gave up acting before finding her most famous break on a TV series called 'Friends'.

Since regularly doing her yoga routines she says
,"I absolutely get more comfortable in my body and in who I am as I get older. I was just so awkward and uncomfortable before. I'm way more comfortable now than when I was in my twenties."

In the true vein of a yogini Ms. Aniston does not limit her yoga practise to Asanas, amongst other things she is also well known for her philanthropy, increasing the expression of her Dana Paramita.
