Where are you now?

Thoughts:

Just wondered where you all see yourselves right now?
Many people realise what the want...a million pounds (maybe a billion?), great health, own business, less stress...etc.,
How many of us know where we are now though?

Maybe it's time to take stock again. Reviewing your present position is important because it allows us to view our options and adapt more.

Fitness goals are a great example of this though, when people first start training with me they sometimes say they wish they could do 'x' number of pushups or run 5km in 'x' time. Luckily along the way I will increase that number and while training with me we really keep that 'kaizen' attitude of constant improvement.

If you aren't with a trainer though it is easy to forget that 'x' number of pushups might not be enough, holding the plank or headstand for 'x' number of breaths may not be enough either.

Review your current position, not just for exercise but for life in general, and keep that kaizen attitude of constant improvement. Try to include work life, family life, social life. spiritual life and any other area you can think of where taking stock and setting a goal is going to improve your current position.
