Let's get ready to raja yoga.

WWF wrestling superstar Trish Stratus has now started her own Yoga school in Canada.

One time WWE Hardcore Champion and eight time WWE Women's Champion has swapped her 'Springboard Sunset Strip' for a Surya Namaskara.
Patricia Anne Stratigias as she is known in real life has also had a successful career as a fitness model, so exercise could be classed as one of her specialities.

Now 35, she has continued a practise she first started at just 5 years old with her mother. "...we'd just put on the record and do yoga" Stratus said in a radio interview.

Her interest in Yoga was rekindled when she suffered a herniated disc in her back in 2005. The 5'4" star had been tumbling about in the professional wrestling ring for 5 years prior to this and the sport had really taken its toll on her body.

After the physiotherapy she received didn't work, surgery was proposed. She wasn't too keen on having this, and that was when she decided to try yoga again. She says that her body responded straight away and she now does at least 20 minutes of her personalised yoga routines every day.

She is now keen to spread the word of yoga benefits, especially to today's youth who are suffering from obesity and unhealthy habits.
As always the WWE guys ham it up:
