Very rarely do I product place, or advertise. It has to be something pretty good for me to do that.
This product has been around for ages, but for some reason I have only just been made aware of it.
I personally enjoy to consume coffee and oat cakes some mornings (on the days I'm not fasting). On the oat cakes tends to be a choice of peanut butter and some kind of sweet topping, sometimes honey. I feel that this gives me a real boost for the day and keeps me topped up with energy for a few hours while I rush round teaching yoga to London.
I always wanted to have some jam, as since I have come off sugar it is something I miss a little; well, now I have found an incredibly delicious product with no added sugar. The fact that it tastes about 100 times better than normal jam is an added bonus. It also doesn't cost the earth, it's cheaper or about the same price as the other stuff.
It's called Superjam, and originally made by a young student in his grandmother's kitchen.

This is also a massive breakthrough for the Scottish food industry who last invented the deep fried mars bar and the deep fried pizza, lets just hope they haven't found a way of battering this jam and frying it also. (Although it would probably be better than the mars bar option)
Anyway, I tried the Raspberry and Cranberry flavour today and intend trying the blueberry one next. Hopefully a good swap for those of you who have kids that crave something sweet in the morning, tasty and natural. The owner appears to have a big heart as well, as seen in this interview for what he does for the elderly. Bon Apetit.
