You ARE the trainer!

I have many people ask me for advice as to what to eat, what exercises to do, how long to train for, how many days a week, and many other questions regarding their health.

I try to give the best answers I can based on many years of living health and fitness (and many years of not living it). It is completely individual to each person, someone might need to eat more, another eat less. Someone might need to do relaxing exercise to calm their stress and allow metabolism to continue normally, another might need to do lots of stressful exercise to boost a sluggish metabolism. Not everyone can do it at the same time. We are all progressing at different rates, keep your goals and focus your mind, but allow yourself to be yourself. If you have never run a 100m sprint below 45secs, chances are you may never have a world record. But, guess what? It doesn't matter. You should still try to do YOUR best and enjoy the running if that's what you like.

Realistically, you know what you need to do. There is only one person who knows what you are prepared and capable of doing. Look inside and find your calling.
You ARE the trainer. I just help keep you focused on your journey.
