Strength from within

There may be times when we feel like we can't do it.
There may be times when we really can't do it.

These are the times we need to dig in to our reserves of strength.
Push through the barriers that hold try to hold us back.

There is a strength deep within us all. Search for it.
We must not abuse this though. It is essential to rest properly to make our inner strength stronger.

When you find you have pushed yourself further, or through a plateau or when you just didn't feel like you could do it. When you have accomplished those goals. Make sure you reward yourself with some recuperation.

Mentally, physically and any other way you feel you need it. Then prepare to push again if you are still on the path to improvement. Which I hope you all are.
