Happy Friday 13th everyone. I recently worked with a group of guys who had a big day coming up today. They were sure it was an omen of sorts. They had been training for a month at their best, although hanging over them was the misconception that the days date could change things for them.
I'm sure you all already know this, but we make our own luck. How you view any event that comes up is down to you. The old saying of "Whether you think you are happy or you think you are sad, you are right!" comes to mind. Guys, if any of you are reading this today. I have faith in you, and I know you can do it. Believe in yourselves and prove that the days date means nothing.
Whatever the outcome today or for the rest of your life just take it one step at a time and start again from the place you are now.
