Time for a change?

Hi, it's back to the usual format of the blogs.
I have decided a change is as good as a rest, and you may have noticed the blog has been on a bit of a rest at the moment.
This has mostly been due to the fact that the company has been growing quite a bit lately (something thats great to hear with all the doom and gloom of the crunch starting to be left behind us) so there are only so many balls I can juggle at once.

So the subject of change came upon me. Change is good for your training, it keeps your body adapting. It stops your mind getting stale. This can be any small change, another rep; Holding that Warrior pose for an extra 3 breaths; Completing an extra sprint session.

Maybe you could take the plunge and try one of our weekend de-stress retreats? Something different? Maybe thats a change and a rest....that should be great for you.
