How can I stop snacking at night?

There are so many things that you could do to slow down your hunger. Unfortunately night time seems to bring with it those hunger pangs, but if you are clever, you can stop them before they take over into an unhealthy snack.

Some ideas are to try to drink more herbal teas in the evening, or try more water, sometimes the brain is giving out thirst signals and we interprit them as hunger signals. Try to have something a lttle more substantial like a smoothy or tomato juice to fill the stomach. A few rice cakes are always better than crisps. After a while when the body gets used to not snacking in the evening you will find you can probably do without it all together.
