Q: I get really tired later in the day, how can I stay awake?

A: A lot of people can feel tired or sleepy, especially after lunch. This could have something to do with the food you have for lunch, your sleep patterns or many other factors.
A good immediate remedy can be to do some exercise whenever you feel tired.
I would recommend something like squats. You can stand up from wherever you are keep your feet hip distance apart and just move your hips backwards as if you are sitting into a chair. Before you go backwards too far or off balance return to standing again and repeat. You can do as many as you feel you need to wake yourself up. I know some people who can do 10 and feel more alert and others who need to do 100.
You can also try to evaluate your current lifestyle or ask a qualified professional to do so for you and see if there is a reason for your tired spells.
