Training Diary Part1

Today I will do the first of what will probably be many articles on a training diary.
Ever heard of the saying fail to plan and you plan to fail?
Well, a diary is very much your fitness plan.
A correct diary should have a goal of some kind and an eveluation of some kind within in. Now the goal can be on a seperate peice of paper if you like, but you need to have it.
Your goal can be more or less specific depending on your discipline and commitment to the programme.
If you find your training is only working when you have your trainer with you then either have enough sessions to ensure you achieve your goals or be a little looser with them. Those of you using your trainer to keep you on track but are actually very disciplined can have tighter goals.
A certain %bf or inches from your waist or on your arms, faster times, heavier weights, etc.,
Keep a diary and it also motivates you from month to month to improve or maintain your fitness levels.
