This weeks thought is about belief patterns. Belief in yourself, your capabilities, others and their capabilities.
Most battles are won off the field, and so it is with sports and exercise.
Set yourself challenges weekly. Strive to be the best. Sure there may be times when it feels like stuff is incredibly hard, but you must still try.
Push yourself, once you have completed one task set yourself up for another one. Small steps will lead to big achievements.
Take a look at the video below, I'm sure you all remember this guy. Eric Moussambani. 8 months before going to the Olympics he hadn't swam competitively. He had never even swam in a 50m pool before the Olympics, yet due to his belief and an amasing set of co-incidences (if you believe that all events are only co-incidences - otherwise call it what you will) he won the freestyle 100m at the Olympic games in Sydney.

Keep training hard guys and who knows... a place at the Olympics may be yours one day.
