Hi,
I do apologise for not being around on the blog the last couple of months... but January was the usual hectic rush then February went too quick and March I spent in meditation retreat for almost 2 weeks.
I am back though and intend as best as possible to keep up weekly updates for all of you.
So todays topic of discussion is back to another favorite of mine... exercise or diet...which is best.
There is no hard and fast answer. Both are just as important, but I do realise it is hard to get them both working well(especially at the beginning)
My advice is to get training regularly. To begin with you will be more than happy to eat whatever you can get your hands on if you're burning up a lot of energy with the exercise. Once the initial physical and mental shock of doing regular exercise subsides...then work on diet...
I am always available on my web email so feel free to contact me if you have questions.
I would like to congratulate all those that took part in the London Marathon on Sunday...Well Done...keep it up and keep setting your goals!
