Timing....

There is so much to write on the aspect of timing in relation to sports and training, although today I would like to discuss your workout time.
Do you workout in the am, the pm, or both?
Well, there really isn't any right or wrong time, the best time is the one you can regularly adhere to.
Most of us have to fit our training around our lives, unless it is our job, then our lives normally fit in around our training... I know, I have been there training 8hrs a day at times.
If you find it hard to set time for training, cut 30 mins off your tv time or cut down on other useless activities...Remember, we want to be constantly improving, constantly evolving and moving upwards in mind and body(hopefully).
Once you have a set time to train, even if it is hard to begin with, you will find after time you will wonder how you ever had any trouble finding time to train.
