Athletic Ability

You don't have to want to be an athlete to get athletic ability.
Focus on whatever exercises you are doing and learn how to discipline yourself to greatness.
Little by little you can get fitter, look better, feel more in control of your body.
Athletic ability is the ability to do things of an athletic nature. Start small but aim big
It is you that can put a ceiling on what you can do, don't take second best, keep trying if you don't succeed.
There is more than enough support out here for you so if you haven't dived in yet, now's the time to start!
