October is here and with it comes the mornings and evenings of darkness.
It can be hard to motivate yourself during this time, but it can also be one of the best times to train due to the colder nature of the environment.
All you need to do to keep warm is move about more... simple really.
Spend a little more time on your warm ups now...(or actually start them if you've been lazy!)
I have written about layering already in the blog, so keep this in mind.
Other options are to try to workout at home a little more often. It really isn't all that hard to do. 30 mins of training is all you need. Work on plyometrics, compound movements and cardiovascular exercises to get the body not only stronger and fitter, but for those of us still in need of a little diet tweak... that all important calorie burning also.
