Why train?

This is a short extract from the bbc again.
It gives a little bit about training and how to overcome some of the negatives associated with starting or maintaining an exercise programme.

I was originally going to recommend it's nutritional advice, but feel that its a little dated to those who are training for some great gains. It is good for a starter though if you have a terrible diet, you can find the links to that below also.
