Weight Loss doesn't have to be hard. We need to look at exactly what it is that we want to lose though. All forms of weight or bodyfat weight?

You should realise that there is no quick fix for achieving long lasting and maintained low levels of bodyfat unless you can change your diet, lifestyle and outlook on health.

Stick with a programme, keep watching your diet (yes, you can cheat from time to time) and most importantly persevere through challenging times.
The body and the mind can sometimes work against you, keep focussed on your goals and little by little you will get there!
