So I am back after a few weeks of recovery.
Mostly things got thrown all over the place what with moving and stuff.
The gym computers don't allow me to upload anything worthwhile, and the Temple internet was also down for a few weeks!
OK, Thats the excuses over with, I could go on, but I much prefer 'doing' rather than 'excusing' so here we go:
Make sure you are staying focussed on what matters to you. Write and review your goals at least every couple of months if not more. Have faith in your ability to do your best, even if it hurts sometimes (even seems like all the time....) keep believing in yourself that you will get the goal you want. Stay on track, if things need to change then change them... Up the pace a little more, become a little stricter with your diet, or even the other way, relax more about your training regime and diet. Whatever it takes to keep you heading towards your goal in the most compassionate (for yourself) and effective way.
Keep Training Hard guys!
