OK Fitness freaks,

Something to think about now that the Summer is hypothetically half-way through.

Hydration!

Yes, I know we have been getting plenty of it with all the floods, but personal hydration is still very important. We lose water all the time from our bodies, and especially during exercise. If we get too dehydrated it will make the body work much harder putting undue strain on the organs also. Water may not be enough on its own.
