Writing again

Making the move back into sharing my thoughts on health, fitness and life in general.

Hoping to be more active (again)

Anyone who has been following the blog in the last 15 years or so might be used to my sporadic returns to blogging. I am, again, hoping to be more active again and hope I can impart some useful bits of current research and some of my own views on life in general. I'm at another one of those junctions in life where I need to make, what I feel, is a big decision. After 2 years working in the tech world, although I really enjoy tech, I also enjoy helping people as much as I can.

Taking what I have learnt and adding to it

I hope to be able to add more to my blogs now, as I have been able to experience first hand 'office life'. It opened my eyes to a certain way of life I had never been privy to before. Whether I continue to work in an office environment or follow another path, I have new experiences I can relate to regarding health from a physical and psychological basis.

Catching up on the health trends

I have been watching the health trends over the last few years with interest and have been checking the science behind a lot of the claims and 'fads'. I have been so involved with the tech world also that I just didn't get around to writing about it (I've taught myself about 15 coding languages over the last couple of years). I apologize and maybe can catch up a little, as new research has helped put things into better perspective. You may notice some of my older posts might be dated, I have left the information there to help give a little reminder about where we were at that time with regards to health knowledge.

Sessions will be starting again

One of the other important aspects of the change is that just before all the lock-downs happened my own health had improved enough (through exercise, yoga, meditation)  for me to be able to get back to doing sessions with people again. I hope to be getting those off the ground again by 21st June 2022 (International Yoga Day). If I can focus more on the health side of life, I will hopefully have some great content to share here with you.

The free e-book

The free e-book should be available again soon. I was hoping to offer it in 2020, but ceased all fitness work until we had a better idea of the nature of the pandemic.  I know, sadly, there are still places in the world that are currently battling it out, life in the UK (where I am based) seems to have returned to normal.

Feedback is always welcomed

I use these posts to share knowledge that appears to be the most accurate data and also my own ramblings, I'm human and make mistakes. I'm interested in forming discussions around all sorts of phenomena and welcome any positive discussions that can help us all progress in life. So if you disagree with anything I post, I'd be interested in another point of view. Looking forward to updating you with some recent findings, or thoughts.

Stay Healthy!
