Loosen Up A Bit!

Well, I must say that you all have definitely upped the pace a lot more in the last few weeks.

Class participation has gone up and also private clients are finally managing to train without the usual 'Winter sniffles' problems.
Everyone who is training seems to be going beyond their comfort zones in one way or another, which is great. More exercises are done, faster runs, more complicated co-ordinated exercises; diets are being stricter, free-weights getting heavier, PBs being beaten, and it might be my imagination, but it seems like more smiling faces as well...!

I really am happy that you can do this, but remember to also allow some relaxation time. Remember to stretch when you have some free time. Even now while you are reading this blog you could do a few stretches. Chest, triceps, even hands... when you are watching the TV hamstring stretches on the floor (you could even pump out a couple of dozen situps or more while you are down there!). Flexibility is really important as well as all the other components of your health.
