Keep it up!

Today I would just like to emphasise the need to keep going.

If you really can give it your all during most of your training sessions, you can get the sports specific results in your body. Of course diet is also a very important factor to get right, but persistance really is what wins the day.

Keep trying to improve your technique and your speed, your strength,l your overall ability will also improve.

Thanks to the guys at Crossfit for posting this one (I am really looking forward to coming to the states to train with you guys!):
