Changing your routine.

For those of you that have been doing the same workout for the last 3 months or more...WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???

There should be a change in your routine slightly. More weight, different exercises, different way of training or so many other options out there.

When was the last time you went for a swim? When was the last time you played football (even if it was playing keepy uppy)? When was the last time you did a circuit class? or a yoga class? or ran for more than 5K? or went out on your bike somewhere for more than 40mins? Do you see where we are going with this?

Diversity. Adaptation. Functionality.

Even if you are trying to bulk up, you need to add these sorts of things and more into your routines from time to time.
